Lesson preparation is both the premise of a good lesson and the foundation of improving teaching efficiency and ensuring teaching quality. In order to greet the long-lost new semester, give full play to the collective wisdom of teachers, experiment resource sharing, enhance the efficiency of teaching, research and lesson preparation as well as promote the overall improvement of teaching quality, on the morning of 12th April, the collective lesson preparation was held as scheduled in each lesson preparation group for teachers in the 9th grade in the Junior High Department of Anqing Foreign Language School's east campus.
Specifically, the content of this collective lesson preparation is how to better connect online and offline teaching and the arrangement of teaching schedule before the first model test. Teachers in each lesson preparation group have elaborated on their views, seeking common ground while reserving differences in order to better serve classroom teaching.
Through careful analysis and in combination with the previous teaching experience, everyone quickly raised practical suggestions, which provided a good reference value for improving the future classroom efficiency. In this activity, all teachers spoke without reserve, which built a powerful platform for teachers to update educational concept, exchange views, learn from each other, and realize self-enhancement.
In brief, during the collective lesson preparation activity, the enthusiasm of teachers ran high, and the teaching and research atmosphere was strong, which enhanced the rally power of teachers, and strengthened their team awareness. Moreover, everyone pooled their wisdom and drew upon the strengths of others, which achieved the intended aim and contributed to the blossoming classroom teaching in spring!
